Bethany Pardoe

Situated on the the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səlilwətaɬ Nations, Bethany Pardoe is an author and illustrator passionate about character driven stories set in strange and fantastical worlds. Majoring in illustration, Pardoe completed her bachelor of fine art at Emily Carr University of Art and Design. During her studies, she received an individual scholarship from the British Columbia Arts Council, and began creating her first graphic novel, ‘The Story of Moleena’s Adventure’. When she’s not dreaming up stories or filling her sketchbook with color, she spends her time consuming black tea, and fiction.
